2. PACT Act Compliance
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires all electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS)—which includes THC vape cartridges and disposables—to be shipped following strict guidelines.
- Adult Signature Required: All vape shipments require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery.
- Compliance Reporting: We register and report monthly sales to state tobacco tax administrators as required by law.
3. Hemp-Derived THC Compliance
All cartridges and disposables sold on this site are derived from industrial hemp and contain a total Delta-9 THC concentration not exceeding 0.3% on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

4. State Laws & Jurisdictional Bans
While hemp-derived THC is federally legal, several states have banned or restricted inhalable hemp products or specific isomers (e.g., Delta-8 or HHC). BUY DISPOSABLE USA does not ship to states where local laws prohibit the possession or sale of these products.
