1. Age Restriction & PACT Act Compliance
By using this Site, you agree to comply with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. Our products fall under the definition of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), regardless of whether they contain nicotine or hemp-derived cannabinoids.
Strict 21+ Verification Required
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase THC vapes or hardware. We utilize mandatory third-party age verification services at checkout. Any attempt to circumvent these controls is a violation of federal law and will result in a permanent ban from our services.
2. Federal Hemp & Vapor Laws
All cartridges and disposables sold via BUY DISPOSABLE USA contain hemp-derived THC (such as Delta-8, THCA, or HHC) which is federally lawful under the 2018 Farm Bill, provided the Delta-9 THC concentration remains below 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
Jurisdictional Restrictions: Vaping laws change rapidly. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your state. We do not ship to states where inhalable hemp-derived isomers or specific vape hardware are prohibited.
3. Product Safety & Vaping Disclaimer
WARNING: Vaping products may be hazardous to your health. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We guarantee our products are free from Vitamin E Acetate and meet all heavy-metal safety standards.
Proper Usage: You agree to use all hardware (batteries, 510-thread carts, and disposables) according to manufacturer instructions. BUY DISPOSABLE USA is not liable for injuries or damages caused by battery misuse, improper charging, or hardware modification.
4. Shipping & Adult Signature (ASR)
Per PACT Act requirements, all shipments containing vaping hardware or extracts require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.
- You must present a valid government-issued ID to the carrier.
- Delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes for certain vape-related products.
- If a package is returned due to the absence of an adult to sign, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
5. Returns & Hardware Warranty
Due to the nature of inhalable concentrates, all oil-based sales are final. However, we offer a 14-day replacement warranty for defective hardware(e.g., non-functional batteries or dead disposables). Please refer to our Refund Policy for claims involving leaking or DOA items.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUY DISPOSABLE USA and its extraction/hardware partners shall not be liable for any health complications, hardware failures, or legal issues arising from your possession or use of our products. All products are provided "AS IS."
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE]. Any disputes shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration, and you hereby waive your right to a class-action lawsuit.
