2. When Refunds or Replacements May Be Available

- Incorrect item(s) received
- Package marked delivered but not received (subject to carrier checks)

3. Non-Returnable / Limited Return Items

To help us resolve issues quickly, please report order problems within 72 hours of delivery (or the first delivery attempt). Include your order number plus supporting photos (item condition, packaging, and shipping label).

If an order has not shipped within the stated timeframe (or a reasonable timeframe where none is stated), we may contact you with an update. Where an order has not shipped, we may offer cancellation and a refund in appropriate cases.

- Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
- Crypto payments (if available) may be handled as store credit or equivalent value processing depending on provider constraints and verification.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Submitting a chargeback may pause or end internal refund processing while the dispute is investigated by your payment provider.
