At BUY DISPOSABLE USA, we stand behind the quality of our premium THC extracts and hardware. Because we deal with specialized inhalable products and electronic hardware, our policy is designed to protect your purchase while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
Defective Hardware
If your disposable is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or your cartridge has a manufacturer defect (failure to fire), we offer a full replacement within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping Issues
Lost or damaged packages are covered. Note: Packages returned due to failed Adult Signature (21+) verification are subject to restocking fees.
1. Troubleshooting Before Refund
In many cases, a "failed" cartridge is simply a minor clog or connectivity issue. Before a refund or replacement is issued, we require customers to follow our Technical Troubleshooting Guide (sent via support). 90% of vape issues (clogging, blinking lights) can be resolved with simple steps.
2. Eligible for Replacement/Refund
We provide resolutions for the following verified scenarios:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): Disposable vapes that do not activate out of the box.
- Excessive Leaking: Cartridges that have leaked more than 25% of their volume during transit.
- Wrong Product: Receiving a different strain or hardware type than ordered.
- Hardware Failure: Internal battery or atomizer failure within 72 hours of use.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of inhalable THC products, we cannot accept returns on any opened products for health and safety reasons. We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or personal preference regarding flavor or effect profiles.
Reporting Deadline
All hardware defects or shipping damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or a short video of the issue (e.g., the device blinking or the leak) to expedite your claim.
4. Adult Signature (PACT Act) Returns
All vape shipments require an Adult Signature (21+). If a package is returned to us because no adult was available to sign for the delivery after multiple attempts, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to the product total.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you paid via cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued via store credit or a manual coin transfer at the current USD market value.
