2. Mandatory Adult Signature (21+)
Per the 2020 PACT Act Amendment, all vaping-related products (cartridges, batteries, and all-in-one disposables) must be delivered using a service that requires an Adult Signature Required (ASR).
- You must present a valid government-issued ID to the courier upon delivery.
- The recipient must be at least 21 years of age.
- Shipments cannot be left at the door or in a mailbox without a signature.
3. Regional Shipping Restrictions
While hemp-derived THC is federally legal, several states have specific bans on inhalable hemp products or vape hardware. We currently cannot ship to:

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Your Vape
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as the carrier scans your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
